8. What is needed when being employed by a company?
A: Japanese language skills. (There are exceptions like foreign companies or local employment but) to work at a Japanese company means to work among Japanese colleagues. If you cannot speak Japanese it is difficult to communicate with the company’s employees or customers.
Also, many companies are searching for people who can work for a long time (= many years).
