Q:　内定をもらい、来年４月から日本で働きます。就労ビザは何月から準備したほうがよいですか？
A:　就労ビザ申請は年が明けたら準備しましょう。申請期間は早くて1ヶ月、混んでいる時は2~3か月かかりますので、2月初旬～中旬に最寄の入国管理局で申請することをおすすめします。また、申請書類は会社とあなた、両者で準備しますので、いつ頃、ビザの準備をするか、会社の人事担当者に相談しましょう。
Q:내정을 받아서, 내년4월부터 일본에서 일을합니다. 취업비자는 몇월부터 준비하면 좋을까요?
A:취업비자신청은 한해가 시작하면 준비하는것이 좋습니다. 신청기간은 빠르면 한달, 바쁜 시기에는 2달에서 3달이 걸리기 때문에 2월초에서 중반이 입국관리소에 신청하는 것을 추천드립니다. 게다가 신청서류는 회사와 당신이 같이 준비하는 것이기 때문에 언제쯤 비자의 준비를 하는가 회사의 인사부 담당자와 상담을 해봅시다.

Q: I’ve received an informal notice of employment (“naitei”) and I’m due to begin work in April 2019. When should I start applying for my work visa?
A: You are advised to start preparations for your work visa once the new year begins. Visa application takes about one month during non-peak periods, but may stretch to 2-3 months depending on how busy the immigration office is. As such, it is recommended that you start your application process by the beginning or middle of February. Also, the process requires application documents to be prepared and submitted by both you and your employer. Please discuss details regarding your visa and when you should begin the paperwork for the application with your company’s HR personnel.
